Q: Do you provide curtain cleaning?
Yes. We remove, weigh, steam wash, and rehang. Day curtains from $8.90/pc, night and blackout curtains from $10.90/kg. 3-4 working days turnaround time.
Q: Do you do handyman work?
Yes. Hinge replacement from $15, re-silicone from $50 per shower, tap replacement from $60 to $90, etc. We fix issues on the spot during your clean — no separate contractor, no extra transport fee.

Q: Is your pricing transparent?
Yes. We provide a quote upfront based on unit size and condition. No hidden charges, no GST.
Q: What is your rescheduling policy?
A $150 rescheduling fee applies if you reschedule without sufficient notice. Let us know as early as possible.
Q: What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Let us know within 24 hours. If we missed anything, we'll return and fix it at no charge.
Q: What if something is damaged during cleaning?
We video the unit before starting. If we break it, we fix it.

Q: When should I book end-of-tenancy cleaning?
At least 1–2 weeks before handover. Late bookings mean less time to fix issues that come up during the clean.
Q: What does your end-of-tenancy clean cover?
All rooms: fans, aircon exterior, switches, floors, cabinet interiors (if empty), window tracks and glass. Bathrooms: tiles, toilet, shower, mirrors. Kitchen: wall tiles, counters, cabinets, sink, hood, hob, and all appliance interiors.
Q: Do I really need professional cleaning before handover?
Most deposit disputes aren't about 'dirty' — they're about personal clean vs handover standard. Greasy filters, mouldy silicone, dirty tracks — these get flagged. We clean to handover standard, not just visual standard.
Q: What's your pre-handover inspection service?
$80 on-site inspection for property agents and tenants. We flag every issue before inspection day. Fee is fully waived if you engage us for the clean.
FAQ : POST-RENOVATION
Q: What does post-renovation cleaning include?
Full wipe-down of all surfaces, cement haze removal from floors, cabinet interior cleaning, bathroom tile cleaning, window tracks, and aircon exterior. Add-ons include formaldehyde removal, aircon chemical wash, curtain cleaning, and sofa/mattress cleaning.
Q: Why can't I just do a regular clean after renovation?
Renovation leaves cement dust, silicone residue, and adhesive that don't respond to standard cleaners. You need the right products for each surface — wrong product means either nothing happens or you damage your new floor.
Q: What does formaldehyde removal involve?
We use Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) misting of a formaldehyde-removal chemical throughout the unit. Particularly effective for new homes with heavy carpentry.
FAQ : COMMON CLEANING QUESTIONS
Q: Why does mould keep coming back?
Surface cleaning removes stains but not the spores. If moisture or poor airflow persists, mould returns. We identify the source — not just the surface.
Q: Why does my kitchen feel greasy after wiping?
Grease needs degreaser, dwell time, and a proper rinse. Without those three steps, you're spreading it around, not removing it.
Q: Does painting over mould fix it?
No. It hides it. The moisture is still there and mould will return. Clean the mould first — then paint.
Q: Can you remove all the grease from my cooker hood?
We do a thorough clean but the mesh and filter often need replacing for a truly clean hood.
